As alot of you may heard my father passed away on August 4, 2011.
This is my Dad...
This photo was taken the Sunday before, when family and friends gathered to spend time together.
My Dad looked forward to this party. I believe he knew it would be the last time he got to see alot of his
friends and family.
This is a picture of me and my siblings, and for once my little brother (In the Superman shirt) kept his tongue in his mouth, and his middle finger down. He's good for that.
So, now I am left with a void in my life. But, I will always have my memories.
In his honor and to help my mother, we here at Maddy G Productions are running a benefit for him.
All the proceeds raised will go to my Mom to help with my Dad's end of life expenses. Please donate as much as you are comfortable with.
There are quite a few ways to donate on the page.
Also, "Blood Of Ohma", the new summer film by GMD Films will be dedicated to his memory. A few weks before passing he got to see the first 15 minutes in 3D. I wish he could have been here to see it all. I hope it will make him proud.
So, that's all I am going to say for now.
Thank you in advance to everyone for your donations.
This has been the debate for some time. If things don't come in three's then why are they always pairing things in groups of 3? For example:
3 Goals in a Hat Trick (hockey)
3 Little Pigs
3 Bears in Goldilocks
3 Sheets to the Wind
3 Times a Lady
3 Minute Egg
3 Piece Suit
So huh...
No one really knows if it's phenomena or superstition. It could just be the reticular - activator process. This is the process in your brain that replaces the last incident that we can recall or remember. It is sually the last 3 incidents that trigger it.
Thus the groups of three.
In the latest celebrity deaths I have tried to see if there is a connection or pattern. The first recent death is:
Bob Banner
Banner is an Emmy winning American producer, write and director. He was most know for being a co=producer on The Carol Burnett Show.
Now, I saw that show as a child. I don't really know much about him. But he was in comedy, so how bad could he have been. If I knew about him earlier maybe he would have been in my show.
I think Bob would have appreciated my sense of humor, along with the sex that entailed.
Not even three days later, Clarence Clemens died.
Aka "The Big Man". He was a musician and actor. He was most famously known for his work from 1972 until his death as a prominent member of Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band. He wailed on the tenor saxophone.
Not to be confused with this type of wailing....
Okay not exactly the same thing... but pretty close.
Back to the 3's.
Then 2 days later, Ryan Dunn of Jackass. He was the one known for sticking a car up his ass.
But I wonder Is it coincidence that his last movie was Number 3? And in 3D?
I think the truth of the matter is we count in three's. I guess the way I see it, we see 1 celebrity die and then we just expect 2 more. When that series is complete we start over at one. It's not rocket science.
Whether you believe it to be a mysterious phenomena or just superstition that is up to you.
And is it coincidence that it's Wednesday? Aka "Hump Day" and the 3rd day of the week.
The 80's as miserable as they were for me were also some of the best times.
Why you ask?
This was a period of time where I was very sexually curious. But at the same time very awkward and I was quite the nerd. The movies of our generation, along with the actors in it where way different than they are now.
I could relate to alot of the characters in these movies, because I felt just like them.
In some respects the movies today will show you more 'sex appeal' but the movies of the 80's got down and dirty. Just my opinion but you know.
Glenn Close in "Fatal Attraction". Directed by Adrian Lyne. God damn.. that love scene between her and Micheal Douglas in the kitchen sink. If that didn't just want to make you go and rub one out. Kinda like this...
She was fucking delicious in this movie. I was very attracted to her. She did things to me that only one dreams about. Again, in the 80's things weren't as accepted as they are now. More people welcome it now... but that I mean homosexuality or bisexuality. When I was a kid you would have got your ass kicked.
But in this shot Jade is getting her 'ass kicked' so to speak.
If I could have bent Cahterine over like Jade Houston, when I introduced her to her first strap on scene, that would have been something.
I was also a big fan of "The Legend Of Billie Jean" starring Helen Slater.
Although I think she was the intended eye candy of the movie. Now, I have nothing against Helen, I think she has her moments. And well, I haven\t gotten a paycheck as large as one of hers I'm sure. So who am I to talk. Anyway... this was my eye candy.
Keith Gordon. I like geeks and nerds, what can I say? Keith also looked pretty good in "Back To School". He wasn't your typical leading male, but he still was a hot piece of ass to me.
I also was a big fan of Christian Slater. (No relation to Helen if you need proof -
He had that certain 'rough side' I liked. Sorta of bad boy meets his geekdom. But was still a bad ass.
I believe I have seen just about every Christian Slater movie. I had a real thing for him.
In that era we also had some other very talented and hot up and new comers.
Jessica Rabbit. What? Come on she's hot for an animated character. Who was also married to a rabbit, Roger to be specific. She slinked onto the screen in the movie, "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?"
And then there was...
That's right, none other than Jem. She even had her own series on day time television. "Jem And The Holograms". It was truly outrageous. I always wanted her pink hair. By day Jem was "Jerrica", a very down to earth geeky girl. And just like super girl with the help of her trusted hologram friend "Synergy" she would transform into Jem.
Yep, as a pre teen wanting to be a rock star, she was my girl.
My childhood was sort of a puzzle to me. Speaking of puzzles who had one of these?
Rubik's Cube. I can't remember anyone who didn't. This was how pre teens and teenagers passed the time. We didn't have Nintendo, WII, or Play Stations.
I don't know if there are still competition's with the Rubik. There were all kinds of contests for it as well. I remember once my brother got so frustrated he just took the stickers off the Rubik and put it back to it's original packaging form..... lol
I let you figure this puzzle out. What do you think I'm doing there?
Best Bad Ass EVER! That's right Connor McCloud of the Clan McClud. I loved Highlander. It was the mid 80's at this point. It was in the days when you only had one television set in your house. Unless course if you were rich. BUT anyway, my twin brother decided he was taking control of the tele. I wasn't happy about it, well because he is an ultra geek. But then... I saw him.
Can't even begin to tell you it made me feel something like this.
An O face!
Also in that movie was Sean Connery. Now, I didn't think to much of his looks till he got to...
Circa 1992 "Medicine Man". He played Dr. Campbell. I liked this movie alot. Sometimes if you are with me, and we are going down hill. You will hear me say, "Down Hill ... Yeah!" It's a quote from the movie. You'd have to have seen it to know what I'm referring too. But generally most think I'm just crazy.. lol It's like a compulsion. I can't help it.
Just like my compulsion to do this...
The 80's also has some awesome music.
I had a crush on Martha Davis.
If you don't know who she is. She was in a group called, "The Motels". She had a song out then called "Only The Lonely".
I crushed on her hard. I thought she was sexy in this video. I was a pre teen then. I remember this is when I started thinking about girls.
Which has lead me to this.
I could go on and on.
But I'll let you get a start on your 4 day weekend. Play Hard and Play Safe!
Pablo Picasso, was as famous as a painter as they come.
He was born Oct 25, 1881.
This is him as a young pup.
Just a little trivia for you. This was actually a self portrait he did of himself. Something innocent so Facebook will give me a choice of censorship, or non censorship. Whatever way you look at it.
Here's a trivia question for you. What was this scene from?
Anyway, Picasso...
Picasso went through some shit in his day. If you Google, Yahoo or Bing (The shti out of him), you will find that he started his career very young. He was 8.
I have never really considered myself a painter. Although I do like to paint. One of my early works is probably what you would call my "Blue Period"
Yes I painted this.
I guess you would say I'm more like Picasso. More towards his impressionistic period. Or better known as his "Black Period"
Well I guess you would call this one my "Pink Period"
This was one I did several years ago. I affectionately named it "Wink". Which later sold to a fan of mine. This fan I'm sure started out admiring another "Pink Period"
You know it just Ain't Gonna Lick Itself....
Any art.
I entitled this one "Courtney" I think mostly because at the time I was thinking about Courtney Love. She just had a new record out at that point. This was my impression of her.
The lips are partially from a combination of her lips and mine. I couldn't at the time decide how to paint them. So I thought to myself why don't I just put some lipstick on, pucker up and kiss the canvas.
That just sounds dirty.
This actually is dirty...
Your welcome.
Oh yea back to painting.
I called this one "Penis Envy"
Why, well that should seem obvious.. but this will help you along if you haven't figured ti out.
Strap On Yea!
I just want for like 1/2 hour to actually have one. C'mon if your male or female haven't you always wanted to experience the other side of the coin?
This one I entitled "Dead Body Man", after a friend of mine had me in one of his fucked up movies.
Yea I know. Thanks Ryan! I shall not say anymore.
Some have asked me if I will commission artwork. The answer yes. So if you have an idea, and send me the money for my supplies, and postage, then yes I'll do one for you.
So there it is. I'm no Picasso, but I am an unique artist in my own weird way.
I have been in this business almost 12 years now. So I'll start off with something pretty innocent so that It will be viable for the folks over at FaceBook. You know what I'm talking about if you deal with the bullshit of the FaceBook world.
I know that was Old School Maddy. Can you believe it?
Many of you are just catching up. I have recently come across some old photos of myself that I know FOR SURE you have NEVER seen. So I've decided to share some rare snap shots with you.
Like this one...
I know right? Like who that fuck is that? I mean we know this girl....
Sometimes it's a little weird to me that it seems like it was only yesterday when this photo was taken.
I feel like this is a year book photo here.
I also realize how much my body has changed over the years. I have fluctuated in weight for as long as I can remember. I believe in this photo I was a size 7.
This photo I'm a size 3
Total shape shifter.
I've had my days of this photo with my ghetto booty, which is working it's way back into town.
I still get email on this photo!
You have seen a version of this photo. But this one you have not:
That's right my legs. They are almost a combined total of 108 inches. Somewhere in that vicinity.
This is another no one has ever seen.
If you haven't seen this one then well, Your Welcome!
Let's see if there is anything else in the vault.
Just a candid cell phone shot. Putting on some make up. But look at the thigh highs, you gotta love that.
This was actually taken after the photo shoot, I had with Charles Walker. Which are most of the 'older' photos on this blog are taken by him. This was one of those quiet moments Mark was talking about.
Well, just wanted to share a few photos, that you have never seen.
