Road Trip To Atlanta

On Friday the 28th Mark Audess picked up Jenny and I for our trip to Atlanta.

Jenny the promo hound that she is was sporting a FCKH8 t-shirt.

But I'll forgive her for this one, after all it is for charity.  And covered or not Jenny has a great rack.

So, here we go.

After Jenny finally grabbed the rest of her shit for the trip we headed out.  She was to remind me to grab the directions to our destination.  But she "conveniently" forgot and we had to flip a bitch and retrieve them.

First state to get through was Ohio.  Never realized how HUGE that state really is.  This took up most of the time in the first part of the day.

Next onto Kentucky.  We stopped in Lexington for the night.
The people in Lexington as some of the most polite people I have ever met.  Jenny was feeling a little exhausted from the trip, so she decided to take a nap.  Mark and I went to Chili's for dinner and a few drinks.  Thank god for GPS!

We met a couple there while sitting at the bar after dinner.  The gave us a few tid bits on Kentucky.  It's state flower is the Goldenrod, named the state flower on March 26, 1926.  The are also the racing capital of the US.  Along with horse breeding and Bourbon producers in the country.  It's always nice to learn some history from the state you visit.

After a long restless night it was time to make the second half of the trip through Tennessee and then finally Georgia.  Tennessee was a pleasant trip through the Smokey Mountains.  At which point I rolled down the window to get a better picture.

Mark says, "Stinking Creek".

(The smell was a very odd one with the window down)

I said, "You ain't kidding"

He chuckled.  And said, "You crack me up Maddy".  I hadn't realized the town we were going through was called Stinking Creek.  Haha so yeah a great "Maddy Moment".

What I did notice on the way to Georgia was the over abundance of McDonald's in the South.  Or maybe it was just more noticeable due to the billboards being placed very prominently.  That't the thing about traveling down the East Coast.

Cheaper gas prices and no snow.

Ok, here's a shot of George from the back door of the 'shooting house'.

I can honestly say Georgia driver's scare the hell out of me.  I really believe they have a lack of public safety there.  Granted the speed limit there is 70, but they go at least 80 to 100.  We were going 75 -80 and we could barely keep up.

They have a complete lack of knowledge about using their directionals.  The fact is I think they get their license from passing two levels of Grand Theft Auto.  If you've ever driven through Georgia you know what I mean.

Finally made it to Georgia around five.

The first night there was very pleasant.  Finally got to sit down with Alexis Golden.

I also had a little hang time with Ty Golden and Ashlee Chambers.

Now, Ashlee is also a personal trainer so take a look at her body.  God Damn!
The next day Alexis and Ashlee were going to meet Mike South for a bukkakee.  Now, I have read only Mike's blog's at this point.  I found myself in room full of guys just waiting to start getting their freak on with Alexis and Ashlee.

I even got to film a good portion of it.  Now that was an experience of a lifetime.  So thank you Mike and Ty. Here's a shot of the action from my own camera:

I got to talk to Mike a bit, and more when he stopped by the rental house later that evening to drop some footage off to Mark.  I even took a few photos with him.

I find Mike to be a very charming, sweet and intelligent man.  Who is really opinionated and that's refreshing. And you all know by now how I get around charming and intelligent men...

And besides, getting the opportunity to make out with a legend isn't something I always take advantage of. When Ron Jeremy tried this with me, I almost bit his tongue off. Muahahahahaha!

Anyway,  Alexis Golden is still my hero.  She is WAY more hardcore than I expected.

So, more stories will be on there way to you shortly.
